Description:
Dugganite Light Grey Solar Reflective Paint is spirit based and produced by Corline Coatings.
Solvent based pigmented coating based on a polyvinyl acetate co polymer resin.
Formulated to provide excellent adhesion to bitumen based systems with no bleed through. No priming required.
Solar reflective UV stable roof coating, specially formulated for use on bituminous substrates, especially mastic asphalt and bitumen felt.
Application:
Can be applied using a brush, roller or airless spray. Repairs to cracks, holes etc., must be carried out prior to coating. Fungus mould or lichens must be removed, additional protection against fungal spores can be achieved by applying a Corline fungicidal wash solution. Oil or grease can be removed using Corclean.
All surfaces must be clean, dry and free from all loose debris, latence or surface contamination. Repairs to cracks, holes etc, must be carried out prior to coating. No primer is necessary for clean, dry surfaces our product is designed to provide a solar reflective finish for MASTIC ASPHALT and all types of Felt without bleed through. It can itself be used as a primer or isolation layer when applying products with aggressive solvents, likely to cause bleed through, over bituminous surface.
Drying time:
Touch dry: 2 hours @ 20°C
Hard dry: 4 hours @ 20°C
Overcoat minimum: 2 hours @ 20°C
Overcoat maximum: 7 days @ 20°C
